You say these are “Limited Edition” prints.  What exactly does that mean?
When the photographer selects an image to be sold, he determines a “Limited Edition” quantity for that photo. Once that number of prints have been produced and sold, no additional copies will be made available.  Each Limited Edition print will be individually signed and numbered by the Photographer.

What kind of prints are these? Were they printed on an ink jet or laser printer?
All Photo Intrigue Limited Edition prints have been printed at a professional photo lab using archival quality photographic paper (currently Kodak Professional Endura) and a chemical printing process. Some high-quality inkjet prints may be offered, but any such prints will be clearly identified in the item descriptions.

What’s with the Copyright text in all the photos?
The © Copyright notice text has been added to all of the on-line photos to deter illegal and/or unauthorized duplication, downloading, use, or resale of the images.  This watermark has been added to the web-page photos ONLY - Prints sold by Photo Intrigue do NOT have these markings.  Each watermark has been specifically designed to (hopefully) maximize the security of the image, while not detracting from the visual impact.  If you feel any specific Copyright watermark significantly detracts from your ability to evaluate the aesthetics of the photo, please
contact us and we will re-evaluate that watermark size and location.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

What size prints do you offer?
This will vary by photo. Print sizes offered will be determined by the photographer, based on a number of factors.  The most critical factor considered is the source of the image. If the image source is incapable of producing high-quality prints in larger sizes, those sizes will not be made available.  Photo Intrigue will offer prints in 4”x6”, 5”x7”, 8”x10”, and/or 11”x14”.  Please note that, since these various sizes have different aspect ratios, images will be cropped to suit the specific print size.  All image cropping is performed by the photographer to ensure the intent of the photo is maintained.  Sample photos on this site use the 8”x10” aspect ratio.  Prints ordered in other sizes will vary slightly from what is depicted herein.

Do prints come matted and/or framed?
No.  To keep product and shipping costs to a minimum, matting and framing options are not offered by Photo Intrigue. This also help maximize customer flexibility in selecting appropriate mattes and frames to meet individual tastes and decor. All Photo Intrigue prints are standard sizes, however, to make finding complimentary mattes and frames easy.
